About Patricia

 Having been one who vacationed on the Eastern Shore and Chincoteague for many years, Patricia knows what is like to enjoy a place so muchthat you eventually make plans to buy a place there. She also knows how important it is to have an honest , experinced real estate agent to get the job done. 
Whether it is working with a seller in deciding the best way to promote their property or acting as a buyer's agent to prepare an offer, Patricia will ensure her client's best interests are represented. Helping clients navigate the complicated real estate  transaction process in a way that is streamlined and successful is her primary goal !

 

Patricia graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  Prior to moving to the Eastern Shore, she and her family lived on a farm near Charlottesville, Virginia.  Patricia enjoys the natural beauty  and resources that abound  in the area through horses, sailing, and gardening.
